No or Delayed OTPs from 1st December?

OTP frauds have been wreaking havoc in India, and TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) has a solution for it!

TRAI wants traceability for all text messages, which would help in ensuring where the OTP went and thus track the fraudsters.

And the telecom service providers like BSNL, Airtel, Jio, and Vodafone now have to abide by it.

If they don’t do it, then there might be some OTP issues, although TRAI has confirmed that no such thing will happen!

Google is facing a probe by CCI!

Google is getting burnt side of the stick wherever it goes.

Last week it was the US DOJ, and now it’s India’s CCI, or Competition Commission of India.

A probe has been entered in CCI by the online gaming platform WinZO against Google, and it states that Google does not allow real money-winning games on the Play Store.

Thus, the users of WinZO have to download these games from the website.

CCI has asked its investigative arm to look into the matter and submit their findings within 60 days!

Personal Data used for AI training?

Users were worried that their data was being allegedly used by Microsoft to train its AI.

But Microsoft has clarified on November 27th that they are not using user data for AI training from Microsoft 365.

This issue hyped up when Microsoft launched Copilot+ PCs with Windows 11.

450 million Windows Users Under Threat

Microsoft has provided a USD 12 billion solution, but even that doesn’t protect all the users!

The thing is, Windows 10 support is going out on October 14, 2025, and this makes Windows 10 users susceptible to attacks.

What do Windows Users do now?

• Update as soon as you can to Windows 11.
• Pay USD 30 (one-time fee) and have 12-month extended support for Windows 10.
• Buy a new PC in 2025.

OpenAI vs. Artists; the battle intensifies for Sora

An asteroid named 16 Psyche, discovered in 1852 by the late Mr. Annibale de Gasparis, whose worth is estimated around USD 10,026,000,000,000,000,00 or 8 quintillion pounds.

NASA’s mission to Psyche is using the spacecraft named Psyche and is on its 391 million km (6-year) journey to the asteroid.
